The process with Flora & Tang

(01) Gather Inspiration

After an inquiry, we begin with a thoughtful conversation. Once we have visual cues like a mood board or inspiration photos, the floral budget, and a list of floral needs, we’ll create a design proposal with detailed descriptions, a mini mood board and pricing for each element.

(02) Proposal + Estimate

We’ll send the proposal and estimate for your review and hold the date for 5 days while you look everything over.

(03) Contract + Deposit

We’ll then send over a contract for review and approval and invoice for a deposit to officially reserve the date. Once both are completed, your event date will officially be on our calendar!

(04) Wedding or Event Day!

On the wedding or event day, the team handles delivery and installation with care. From installation pieces to layered reception tables, everything is placed with confidence & the team works behind the scenes on your day.
